SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on all orders over $125 in the Continental U.S.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 3 P.M. CST will be processed the following business day. Gulf South Detectors is not responsible for mail carrier delays, weather delays, or situations out of our control.
For orders placed under $125 shipping will be calculated based on total weight and location of the order.
For faster delivery expedited UPS or USPS shipping is available:
Second day and next day air will be calculated according to weight and location.
Orders must be shipped to the confirmed Paypal address. Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address must be confirmed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Gulf South Detectors offers a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item/items are returned within 30 days of the original transaction you may be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We are unable to accept returns after 30 days of purchase. For a full refund items must be new, unused, unassembled, in the original unopened packaging with all manufactures accessories and promotional items included. All non-returnable detectors include GPX, GPZ, and all commercial/industrial detectors.
When returning products an authorization number is required prior to shipping any product back for a refund. All return shipping, handling, and insurance fees will be the customer’s responsibility. If purchase of item was shipped under a free shipping promotion, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you choose for your refund to be in the form of a store credit no shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
If the return is a result of our error or if the item is defective, the item must be returned within 10 days of purchase for an exchange with all shipping cost payed by Gulf South Detectors. After 10 days the manufacturer must be contacted for return policies, replacements, or repairs.
If an item is being returned within 30 days of purchase and has been opened but is not damaged you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
For all refunds a return authorization number is required prior to shipping any product back. For authorization number or any questions concerning our return policy please contact us at 985-551-4096. You must also have your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to the same Credit/Debit card or other form of payment that was used at the time of the original transaction.
